Fill a mixing glass with plenty of ice. Add the Gŵyr Rhosili Dylan Thomas Gin, Noilly Prat Dry Vermouth and Angostura Orange Bitters. Stir gently until thoroughly chilled and properly diluted, then strain into a chilled Martini glass.

Express a fresh orange twist over the surface of the cocktail to release its aromatic oils, then garnish and serve immediately.
