How To Make
Add 30ml gin, 15ml freshly squeezed lemon juice and 10ml sugar syrup to a cocktail shaker.
Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously until thoroughly chilled.
Fine strain into a chilled Champagne flute.
Slowly top with chilled Champagne.
Finish with a fresh lemon twist and serve immediately.
